Walk streets and the Canals
Many Venice homes face a pedestrian walk street or a canal path. When you book, give us the nearest drivable cross street, where guests usually park, and which side of the walk street you’re on. We’ll park and walk in. On weekends near the beach and Abbot Kinney, parking can take a while, so weekday or early appointments are easiest.
Who we see in Venice

- Visitors in rentals who need something signed before they leave. A valid foreign passport works as ID.

At a short-term rental
Send the address, unit and any entry instructions. You’ll need a printer: many rentals don’t have one, so print the document at a nearby shop or ask the sender to courier a copy. A California notary can’t notarize from a phone or laptop.
The usual checklist
- Every signer present, with ID that’s current or issued within the last five years.
- Every blank filled in.
- Not signed early if the document needs a jurat.
