Hotel signings
Visitors on Ocean Avenue often discover mid-trip that something back home needs a notarized signature. We meet in the lobby, a business center or your room. The apartments and condos between Ocean Avenue and Lincoln are full of renters and owners who need leases, guaranties, refinances and powers of attorney notarized. For buildings with a front desk, let them know we’re coming; otherwise send the buzzer code and unit.
Timing and cost
